Hand-knotted wool hall Oriental rug, without central medallion, on a red and beige background and around it three floral borders. Imported in the ’80s. Sold with its certificate of authenticity. The rug is professionally cleaned. Can be collected on site. BIDJAR: These rugs are of very high quality and sometimes nicknamed “iron rugs” of Persia because of their extreme strength and durability. They are thick, very compact and heavy, with a remarkable quality of wool. They are tied with a double knot and their pattern makes them very easy to place.
