BIDJAR Iran – 390 x 278 cm, Hand-knotted Oriental rug, in wool, with a small central rosette on a red and beige background, with three floral borders around it. Sold with its certificate of authenticity, in very good condition. The rug is professionally cleaned. Can be collected on site. BIDJAR: These rugs are of very high quality and sometimes nicknamed ‘iron rugs’ from Persia because of their extreme solidity and durability. They are thick, very compact and heavy, with a remarkable quality of wool. They are double-knotted and their pattern makes them very easy to place.
